Clarington - Community Development / Events

Through Community Development, we work with community organizations and volunteers to assist with their growth and development.  We work towards enhancing our relationship with our community partners by creating an environment of encouragement, facilitation and learning.  Our goal is a volunteer experience which is fulfilling and productive.  The benefits of community development are a more engaged community and an enhanced quality of life. 

We offer various community events throughout the year including Clarington Mayor's Love of Art Gala, Clarington Mayor's Golf Tournament and Clarington Sports Hall of Fame.  We also support many community initiatives in a variety of ways through connecting resources and administering the Municipality of Clarington's Community Event Sponsorship Program.
