We are one of the Scouting groups within the Bowmanville area. we currently require Scouters (leaders) in all areas. Our ages/sections for youth include: Beaver Scouts aged 5-7; Cub Scouts aged 8-10; Scouts aged 11-14; and Venturers aged 15-17. We are a very active Scouting group.
We run weekly programs for youth to learn outdoor activity skills and social activities. We also camp and hike on various weekends, teaching youth cooking and survival skills. 3rd Bowmanville also believes in community service and ensuring we are active members in our community. All sections require Scouters (leaders). Training is provided for those 14+. Adults are especially needed right now.
