CLMA is seeking a dedicated volunteer to assist with receiving food donations/deliveries and replenishing our Food Pantry shelves and storage areas. The volunteer will also occasionally assist with sorting and packaging donations.
This position will include some time outside as deliveries are unloaded; volunteer must be able to bend, twist, crouch, reach, and lift items of up to 25 lbs. Volunteers are encouraged to dress for short periods in varying weather conditions and should wear closed- toe shoes at all times.
Volunteers must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check. Experience working with the public preferred, but not required. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be punctual and reliable.
